About this house rental
Best of both worlds, this 3 bedroom two bath house is conveniently located close to a neat mountain town yet 15 minutes away, with tons of solitude. 45 minutes to the north is the GRAND CANYON! Hunters will enjoy a comfortable spot to scout from. Vacationers will be able to stock the cabin and do day runs to the most incredible area that includes indian ruins, landscape, animals watching, fishing etc. Relax and enjoy the stargazing from the new hot tub.

The house is quite nice, out in the country and peaceful and quiet. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. The only drawback was that the Koi pond is not functional, and now full of mosquitoes and the yard could use a lot of cleanup and landscaping - it's very overgrown.. The microwave seems to have a broken handle and we chose to not use it. The coffee pot is actually a Keurig - so I ran into town to get a real coffee pot. Although I appreciate the aesthetic of all of the decorations, I would have appreciated having more clear space in order to set my items down, as I don't put things in drawers when I'm only travelling for a few days. I'm always afraid I'll forget something in a drawer. And - I had to unplug all of the candles, air fresheners in the home, as I'm sensitive to the smells.

dirt road to property very bad, outside the house in bad shape they show pictures of fish in well and pond no fish just mosquitoes. The inside of the house was clean and well stocked, jus that the outside was not as pictured. If there is a shortage of water they should not be renting it. I did not pay and drive 1100 miles to smell someone's piss because we were only to flush toilet every two or three times. Other than that the grand canyon was fine.
