I've stayed in a number of APA hotels so I'm already a bit familiar with the hotel's atmosphere.
PRICE: APA Hotel is known for its affordable accommodations. This was no different. Considering the location, it was definitely a good deal.
LOCATION: The hotel is in a business area. Nearby stations are Kodemmacho Sta. and Kanda Station. There are nearby convenience stores. Walk over to Kanda for a lot of food choices.
ROOM: The room where I stayed was quiet and the size was good enough for one person. I've stayed in other APA Hotels and this was kind of similar to the other branches. There is no proper closet so please be aware of this especially if you have plenty of stuff.
MATTRESS: The bed was quite firm. It's perfect for me because I like this kind of bed.
ROOM AMENITIES: In addition to the usual amenities, I liked it that there were power outlets at the bed headboard. There was also a paper crane origami which I thought was really kind and thoughtful.
STAFF: The staff at the reception when I checked in was very helpful. They were friendly and smiled a lot.
Not a complaint but the ironing board needs to be replaced. It's already wobbly.

Location is really good, near 3 metro stations.
It is very small but everything you need is available. Stayed 4 nights, thanks. Breakfast is not satisfactory, no need to purchase
