it was a very good place.

it’s near to train station with supermarkets just 3 min away

kitchen utensil , oven is not clean . bed linen, trash need to remove ownself and need to purchase their garbage bag at 2.5 franc . need to pay tourist tax 3 franc per night per person and only cash payment . pillow is so flat untill has been used for long time . the owner Rosemarie is not so friendly.

the only place charged the city tax for my 15 years old kid,we paid but feels unreasonable.

Wonderful place . Its perfect for family and also if you travel in group. the location is very close from Zermatt station - 6 min walk. Owver very responsive to queries. The checkin was super easy. Owner came down tosee if we need anything, so nice of her.The apartment was very clean. Kitchen had ample dishes and cookware.Would love to come back and stay .

What do you need for a night or two stay - locaion, neat and clean room, neat and clean bathroom, comfortable bed incl matress and pillow and of course kettle and a cup or two for tea. You would find everything here. Stay was comfortable. I would recommend this property.

There was no tea or coffee in the room. I don't think it would cost a fortune to the owner.

space …especially the kitchen and courtyard

The situation it's very convenient as it is near the station but not annoying sounds to sleep. The beds were comfortable and you had different light options. It's also convenient if you need a kitchen so you can safe a bit money as eating out is expensive in Switzerland. The host was nice to us and the checking it's easy.

In our room, the space was really small. It was difficult to air the room when getting a shower or cooking, and keep privacy at the same time, as it is near the way and people pass by. Keep in mind the 9:30h check-out, if that's a problem for you. I will recommend the place when you want to leave very early and need and easy check-in/ check-out, or stay near the station or just few days in Zermatt. But not for long stays as it is not comfortable enough, if you care about space and tidiness.

Too dirty. There is other people's body hair in the toilet. The whole house stinks very much.

Location was great, so close to station, nice and clean room. Comfortable bed.

Wifi wasn't really working (kept dropping off) and no locked up area to store luggage on day of departure. (didn't feel safe to leave a bag "behind the stairs").

facilities- beddings were worn out & very average … no shampoo, not even hand wash/ soap was given. even dustbin bag was charged.. very old property..

good location. 5 mins walk from bahnhof & everything u need. including the green line bus station.

The towels were ordinary. Kitchen well equipped. The owner asked us to strip the beds and remove all rubbish. Charge for a garbage bag is 2.40 CHF. More suitable for students than a mature family.

Damp smell as the apartment is partly below ground.

great location and spacious lower ground apartmentGood facilities, including coffee machine. supermarket nearby, so very easy to get your own supplies.

The apartment we stayed in doesn’t get much light as it’s on the lower ground. Would also be great if guests could make use of the garden by providing deckchairs, so guests can enjoy sun there. Also the owner Rosmarie is rude and unfriendly and extremely unkind, however her mum is great and very friendly.
