Very family friendly. Nice room with a great view of the ocean and pool area. Facilities with a small kitchenette and easy access to laundry was great. The pool area was also good - and we enjoyed this.
We are a family of 4 and 2 had to sleep in tatami beds. We had to arrange ourselves, and wrap away. They were not very comfortable. We like to sit outside on the balcony and were missing a chair or something here. Also tried to get staff to help us with renting a car, and this was very difficult. Few staff members spoke English. They were not able to help and had no idea of what rentals to contact. We managed on our own. I also wanted to buy in the gift shop - but the staff said that the barcodes were not working, so I could not buy souvenirs before leaving the hotel.
