The room was very convenient and the view was gorgeous. We could do laundry in the room, dry and even iron our clothes without having to request the reception as everything was in the room.
There was a small scratch in my bed cover, but aside from that all was good.

The location was great, very conveniently located to Emerald Beach and just few minutes' drive away from the aquarium. We opted for the room with sea view and it had a beautiful view on on the balcony. Nearby there is a fantastic restaurant serving up good Japanese cuisine with beautiful views of the sea. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The first room we checked into was rather old looking, with stained walls and big black ants crawling around. It was difficult to sleep in that room so we left the staff a feedback. Thankfully, they addressed our concern promptly and upgraded our room the very next day. The next room looked more modern, however it still gave off dated vibes and there is always a musty stench in the room. Overall, I expected better for this price point.
