The location was alright. 10min walk to the Kwun Tong Station. Lot of food places nearby that open late. The check in and out process was really simple, and there is someone at the front desk 24/7.
The elevators were slow compared to the rest of HK. The room was a little small to our liking. The mini fridge was also smaller than we were used to compared to other hotels.

The location is convenient for Kwon Tong and is only a few minutes' walk from the MTR station. Beware: if you need a taxi, many will refuse if they do not want to go where you are trying to get to. That is just Hong Kong but in this area it is even worse. The check-in process is quick and simple, and the rooms far exceed what you would get for the same money in other establishments. Clean and spacious, Good shower, Everything you need. Probably one of the Best in Kowloon

It was pleasant enough for the price. The price was great but not a great location if you want to be going up and down the red line.
the beds were very hard, and it would have been good to have 2 pillows. the bathroom is dates and could have been better presented. Also there weren't many amenities.
