About this condo rental

Located in Memphis, this attractive condo for $220 per night is a great option for your next break. **Security cameras monitor all entrances 24/7. Additional fees apply to more than 7 guests. Upfront honesty about the number of guests is appreciated and cheaper. NO smoking, pets, parties or events of any kind.** One night rentals Monday through Wednesday only. One night rentals Thursday through Sunday will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The neighborhood has a family-friendly event the last Friday of every month called Trolley Night. If you are sensitive to noise or do not want to be disturbed prior to 10pm, I would choose another location if the dates of your trip fall on the last Friday of the month. The streets are bustling with live music and pedestrians from 6-10pm during this event. It's a great local experience! No cancellation refunds for bookings during holidays or special events. Step right out back to visit the National Civil Rights Museum or eat at Central BBQ. Across the street is the famous Earnestine and Hazel's and to the left is the Arcade Diner. Lots of restaurants within a few blocks and a coffee shop right across the street. Walk or take the trolley to everything downtown. A trolley stop is right in front of the building. Questions about something? Just ask! I'm happy to help. UNIT 1 Information: This is a three-story condo. Two bedrooms, two full baths and the laundry are on the third floor. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable for two couples (and a possibly more!) And the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and see in Memphis - The Lorraine Hotel and National Civil Rights Museum (as well as Mission BBQ) we’re right behind us, an awesome coffee shop right across the street, local grocer and train station a few blocks away, and Beale St, the Peabody, and the waterfront all just a short and very pleasant walk away. We loved it!

The title sez it all. The triple level floor plan, coupled with the brick walls and gleaming dark-wood floors, give the place an airy, glamorous feeling. The six-person dining room made me wish I had had people to invite to dinner. The only thing I'd quibble about is that it's not really a 3-bedroom place. Sure, it actually has 4 beds, but there are only two bedrooms with doors, privacy, and en-suite bathrooms. There's a sofa bed on a wide semi-floor that is contiguous with a stairway landing and another sofa bed is in the living room on the main floor. Nonetheless, the condo is beautifully appointed, well stocked with kitchenware, and only steps way from cool restaurants and the trolley that can whisk you in minutes to the Beale Street district for only a dollar. And out the back door, you can stroll to the National Civil Rights Museum and the Lorraine Hotel in less than a minute. The hosts, Chris and Christine are lovely, busy people who are very responsive and knowledgeable about the area, so don't hesitate to reach out and ask for suggestions. I'd love to go back!

The condo was beautiful and immaculate. Location was perfect - close to Downtown/Beale street but not too close. Right next to the Civil Rights Museum and several restaurants.

Property was everything as advertised. Clean comfortable convenient and cared for! Communication with the owners was excellent even down to their checking in with us one night during a storm to be sure all was well. We were convenient to everything and there were suggestions left for us about where to go, things to do, and places to see that were spot-on. Absolutely 10/10 we would stay there again!
