Located in Radium Hot Springs, this charming condo for $185 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. One of Radium's premier condos - 2 bedroom overlooking the 18th green at The Radium Springs Golf Course. This second floor, end unit features: Privacy and Views: The deck provides stunning golf course vistas, but is also shaded and secluded by mature trees. All Day Sunshine: Since the deck wraps around two sides of the building (the condo is a corner unit), it experiences sunshine from morning until evening. Second Floor Location: Compared to ground floor units the elevation is great for views, while the third floor would mean more stairs and no covered deck. Fully Furnished: The condo comes with everything ready to go, even down to the bedding and cutlery etc. Resort Facilities: Access to a pool, hot tub, children's play area and ski and golf storage. Security or Damage Deposit A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure. Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless. Cleaning on Departure A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Parking Parking is free. Waterfront and/or Beach Property is near water. Invermere Lake is a 20 minute drive/taxi from the property. The sand and rocks beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is a public dock. Snow Skiing and Boarding Ski/Board Out is a 30 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot. Ski/Board In is a 30 minute drive from the resort parking lot. Panorama Resort, Kicking Horse Ski Resort (For additional information on other ski resorts in the area check out the Kootney Ski Resort Link in the andquot;Radium Hot Springs Travel Guideand#39; tab. Telephone Fee Phone use is included in the rent. This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy. There are no refunds given for this property. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Great place to spend a few days. Condo was well kept. Beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Good location with walking paths. Fun to watch the mountain sheep, deer and wild turkeys.

Very quiet and peaceful. Owners were pleasant to deal with. Beautiful condo and well stocked. Enjoyed the shared pool, jacuzzi and work out room. The ground around the resort looked after well. We had a wonderful stay! Thanks Steve and Patricia!

Just steps from the Springs golf course. Got amazing pictures of sheep right from the condo. Very well appointed property, very clean. Would stay there again.

Beautiful view of the 18th hole from your spacious balcony! Quiet and peaceful. Loved the spacious rooms in the condo. Huge bathrooms with big bathtubs. Condo very well maintained, equipped and clean. Enjoyed using the shared pool and 2 jaccuzi's. Correspondence with owner was good. We recommend this condo and we have booked another stay May/June 2022.

Truly enjoyed our quick weekend getaway from Calgary as just under a 3 hour drive from our place. Loved the location as it was short walk into town to grab a quick bite or ice cream with our daughter. Our 11 year old loved being able to go for a quick swim in the outdoor pool. We would highly recommend this place to anyone, the hosts were amazing as they answered any questions we had in advance and quickly. We will stay here again next time we head out to Radium!!!
