Friendly and helpful staff. The single room seems to have been renovated.
Parking space is very narrow. Not suitable for larger vehicles.
The bathroom floor shows cracks around its edges.
The window view is blocked by another building. And when opened, there is noise coming from other air conditioner devices.

The Hotel was at a good location and the room and property were very clean. The staff was very friendly as well.

It was coat effective and available. The breakfast was cheap (¥1000~) if not included in your stay and as good as any we have had in Japan. Having pillows by the lifts was handy. One of our party lost a breakfast voucher but they readily replaced it without argument. They looked after our bags pre and post stat which was excellent. The rooms were fairly tired but they have new Aircon units which were very good. The internet covers the whole hotel very well.
We had 5 rooms. 4 rooms were fine, one was very musty (possibly had smoking in it). The doors are very thin, it's an old hotel. There is a lot of noise in it, the doors are made of thin metal and bang when closed. Being 6ft 4ins the doorways were unusually low even for Japan and a number of us banged our heads on the external door openers. The hotel is a way from the railway station. The bathroom was a little dilapidated in my room with splits in the floor etc but functional.
