It is convenient with eateries and supermarkets near the property. The charge is reasonable.
There was some noise from the kitchen of the eatery occasionally.

Good location, fast wifi, clean enough bathroom, balcony and open view
Restaurant and vending machine in no literally no time.

I guess for the price point, it's a little bit expensive for how it looks - looks decent but not that impressive. I was expecting a cheaper price for it.
Rooms in Kowloon area where i stayed next are far cheaper but better looking.
