Fantastic 2 weeks and would stay again and recommend to friends as great value for money.
This was a great little find at the price paid. It was larger than expected, quiet location but walking distance to restaurants and a bar almost next door. You can walk to 2 great beaches however we used the hire car.
More up-to-date electric sockets but we managed. Shower cubicle doors are a little small if you are a larger person.

Very good
Location 10 minutes walk to La Cinta beach. Nice garden and outdoor table for meals outside. Supermarket 2 mins away. Nicol at the agency was very helpful and responsive to some basic items like cups, pans, pillows missing.
Very basic for price but it was August. No wifi or instructions in house manual to dispose all rubbish before check out and tried to charge €50. But was resolved amicably and we drove all the rubbish to the collection area and came back to check out. Hot water switch in kitchen looks like a regular light switch so be careful not to turn it off. Should be mentioned in the house manual or marked as hot water switch.

Great place!
Prefect location near the beach and city centre. Bus stop and small supermarket nearby. House was clean and comfortable as well, just great value for money!

Not perfect place for long stay, but ok for few night just for sleep.
Great contact with lady from agency. Agency are flexible, and change for us house for bigger one, due to increade head vs info in reserwation.
Cleaning! Agency book house from few available, using information from booking how many person are in reservation. Not respect your choose in reservation process.

The owners were very nice, booking was fast and easy and early check-in was possible, which helped us a lot.
We stayed at one of their appartements for two nights. Unfortunately the appartement was not the cleanest and also lacking inventory. They did not provide garbage bags, although waste separation is demanded in San Teodoro (which of course is a good thing), there was no salt, no pepper, no oil, no soap, only one roll of toilet paper and worst of all: The kitchen was surrounded by a really annoying smell, coming from the dishes and the cutlery. The rooms did not feel very clean in general, which is a shame, as it could’ve been a nice experience if they would have taken more care in keeping their appartement tidy and fresh.
