The location is fantastic. Located near the La Cinta, its a quick 10 min walk. Downtown San Teodoro is less than 15 minutes away. Parking is free. The washer works well. The AC in the living area is great. Huge balcony!
The two bedrooms did not have AC, but they did have fans. However, considering the heat, walking from the living room into the bedrooms was a very noticeable temperature change.

Die Lage ist super für an den Strand und ebenfalls um ins Stadtzentrum zu laufen. Grosser Kühlschrank und Tiefkühler, grosse Terrasse, gute Möglichkeit Kleider zu trocknen.
Es könnte auberer sein. Der Kühlschrank wurde vergessen, nach der Info wurde es auch noch gereinigt, aber wirklich sauber sieht für mich anders aus. Allgemein könnte es wieder eine gründliche Reinigung vermögen.
Die Klimaanlage ist nur im Essbereich, somit in den Zimmern eine riesen Hitze. Musste die Klima sehr tief uns stark einschalten und die ganze Nacht laufen lassen, damit im Zimmer etwas davon ankam.
Die Betten darf man selber beziehen.

La signora Paola è stata gentilissima e disponibile sia per il check-in che il check-out. Ci ha anche fatto trovare una bottiglia di acqua fresca a disposizione al nostro arrivo. L'appartamento è perfetto per 4 persone, con due comode camere da letto, cucina perfettamente attrezzata e lavatrice disponibile al bisogno. C'è l'aria condizionata e un ampio terrazzo dove trascorrere la sera al fresco. La posizione è ottima a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia La Cinta e a circa 1km dal centro di San Teodoro. Il parcheggio privato è comodo e spazioso.
La biancheria da letto e da bagno non è inclusa. Nonostante questo sia chiaramente specificato nella descrizione, ritengo che sarebbe più corretto fornirle e semmai aggiornare il prezzo finale; penso che siano pochissime le persone che vadano in vacanza portandosi dietro lenzuola e asciugamani.
