Hotel has a lovely view of the lake and mountains. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Evening buffet food was excellent.
Overall the Hotel is in need of refurbishment.

We liked all the amenities such as the sweet cart and shaved ice machine. We really liked the onsen and the manga room, and the karaoke room was a good touch.
It was expensive for the quality. The range of food on the buffet dinner and breakfast was good, but not great. We were expecting a ryokan for the price and didn’t really get that.
