We needed to arrange local beer from upstairs to Aromas Bar. Only Belgian beer. Been coming here 10 years.

Not a lot, although I believe reception did try our daughter speaks some mandarin they still had a problem with the new registration of passports
First I must say my daughter had stayed twice previously at this hotel and paid less than we did and got a better room. The rooms we stayed in where basic not enough towels, rooms smelt damp and our daughters room lost power. Now I would like to think it was miscommunication but they were going to leave them in that room until the next day when an electrician was available, it was then my husband entered the conversation and they moved them further down the hall. Sealant in showers both rooms had black mold.
