L'établissement a annulé notre réservation 1h30 avant notre arrivée, le paiement avait bien été effectué et encaissé, et depuis lors, nous n'avons reçu aucun remboursement et n'avons plus de retour de la part de L'établissement. Attention arnaque!

De locatie is goed

Het bed is compleet doorgezakt, onbegrijpelijk dat dit aangeboden wordt aan gasten. Ramen zijn sinds de 16e eeuw ook niet meer gewassen en zeep op de badkamer kennen ze ook niet. Daarnaast kan de badkamerdeur niet op slot, omdat het sluitwerk verkeerd om gemonteerd is. De deur gaat dus vanzelf weer open. Wifi werkt niet “door werkzaamheden in de straat”. Uit andere reviews blijkt dat het nooit werkt. Wifi heeft ook niet zoveel te maken met de straat natuurlijk. Tip: zoek de oorzaak dus ergens anders :’)

Son emplacement, non bruyant et la communication avec le personnel d accueil

L accès au chambre avec un escalier dangereux inaccessible pour personne à mobilité réduite Manque de propreté pas de drap dans les lits juste une couverture poussiéreuse. Salle de bain insalubre manque de lumière. Pas de wifi. Pas de ménage dans les chambre odeur de renfermé. Pas de chauffage. Matelas du lit très usé. Bref passer votre chemin

Onhygiënisch. Lakens ongestreken en mogelijks geheel ongewassen. Vuile sierkussens bovenop de lakens. Badkamer vuil en wc-papier niet vervangen.

Wij komen hier niet meer terug

De 16e eeuwsr charme en uitstraling van pand is wel erg mooi

Niemand aanwezig maar helaas ook niet bereikbaar per telefoon of mail/chat. Waardoor we 2 uur lang buiten hebben gestaan. Daarnaast waren de overige faciliteiten ook beneden peil of helemaal niet aanwezig. Kamer en bed was erg muf. Wifi helemaal niet aanwezig.

Location is excellent and garden is great.

Smelly room in the old house The light is not bright enough in the room. The antique chair looks very dirty. The sofa is so uncomfortable. The room is facing to the main road and noisy in the morning. The upstair’s guests were talking loudly and moving things. Totally bad experience.

The only positive point about this property is the location.

The place seems abandoned. Extremely dirty and noisy. I will definitely do not recommend to anyone to stay here.

Would absolutely some back to this location. Excellent spot from which to explore Antwerpen!

Excellent location and property for our family of 5. Kids and adults had privacy, with the added bonus of the terrace. Walking distance to many amazing sights, cafes and restaurants.

Preparations were generally great, only one toilet paper roll was left, 2+ would have been appreciated.

Exceptional

If you want to stay somewhere unique, this is your place! The entire building is old but well maintained. They have a few glass sections to see the underground inside of the building. The beds were still very comfortable, despite being decorated to fit in with the room. It was a unique stay and I loved it

The bathroom wasn't the most spacious or modern but still provided everything I needed.

We’ve had a nice stay!

The location is very nice, just in the centre of Antwerp.

The sheets, walls and lightswitches were a bit dirty. The building was a bit noisy and so was the neighborhood.

Pleasant

The location was fun and quirky in the central area with great bars and restaurants.

The shower didn’t run any hot water throughout the stay and no staff were present who could help at any time and this was very unpleasant for us.

Exceptional

It's an amazing old building, very well renovated and with a very cozy yet trendy feel. I definitely would recommend staying there. And it's just in the middle of Antwerp.

A cool historic building in the heart of the city

Old building, so very narrow stairs and quite cold inside. Unfortunate the apartment for 7 people did not have a living room.

Lovely place to visit Antwerp

Hotel and surrounding were exceptional. The hotel (5 rooms) could be an excellent setting for a period drama. There’s old, there’s ancient and there’s the hotel, a time capsule full of charm or in the case of our daughter Hotel Transylvania.

The room could do with dusting, no excuse for that. Noisy, nothing can be done about it, as it is very central. Guests should know that the hotel is simply number 10 of the street. No hotel sign, or anything to draw attention to it. Still an excellent stay.

The rooms are in an historical building, very centrally located, just next to the cathedral. Nevertheless very quiet.

the bathroom was very small, with almost no light, no hangers for towels and some spiderwebs on the wall. The indications for parking spots nearby provided by the host should be updated as the free parking recommended was closed since many months.

Very good

A great but quirky place to stay in the heart of the Antwerp! We loved the period features of the property and the room was clean and comfortable.

No insulation between rooms meant it was quite loud at night as we could hear everything through the wall between guest room. But to be expected given the old building!

Was situated within immediate walking distance to shopping and sights. Was perfect with amenities easily accessible. the hosts were very accommodating as we were super tired from a long trip and assisted us greatly. It was very clean and beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation.

Everything was wonderful.
