Very centrical - next to restaurants, shops and tram. The room was modern and coffee or tea ready at the table. It had air con and also you can open the window.
The mattress was not comfortable. It seemed it was old and really used. You get a email that or you pay 25€ (not refounded) or they take you 250€ (and the refounded) it case of break stuff or bad use and that didn’t seem fair since there’s no actual service to help you. It’s self check in through a code you recieve through mail.

The location of the property was great in the Theatrebuurt with many bars and restaurants close by and a tram stop immediately outside.
We didn’t realise when we booked that it wasn’t a conventional hotel ie no staff on site, entry by key code. This must have been a relatively recent change as we’d read reviews mentioning check in and staff. The open plan bathroom didn’t really bother us but the positioning of the loo was a joke. I’d advise other guests to take insect repellent as we were bitten by mosquitoes (we closed the window as soon as we arrived) and noticed mosquitoes in the lift and hallway. Room cleaned only before arrival and could have been more thorough.

Good communication and management. I receive a compensation that was fair after spending the first night in a room with no AC. I appreciate the effort. Rooms are good and comfortable if AC is available.
