Great views of vineyards from bedroom window.

You really feel Tuscany with this property.

If you do not have a vehicle you have to walk on the main road to get to the town center. There is no walking path and about a 15-20 minute walk.

10 / 10

Very near to San Gimignano. But gave feel of country. Beautiful Location!!

Great Feel of being out in country near San Gimignano!!

8 / 10

Great place to lay your head over night.

Really easy to find, very friendly host. I booked same day on a cycle tour and it was great. Traditional, comfy, hot water, wifi… Amazing (££) restaurant over the road.

Non standard plug sockets - so borrow the adaptor off the kettle!

9 / 10

An amazing place to stay in Tuscany in the middle of an unforgettable landscape.

The place is charming; although we were there at a time when it was very cold, the landscapes are simply unforgettable. It was a bit cold inside the apartment but because of the season and the breakfast was nothing to talk about.

Breakfast could be a lot better

Well placed, close to the town, wonderful landscape

Not so , could be cleaner, needed to call the landlady to arrange the check-in at a specific time. A bit too expensive for what you get.
