Very clean property. Just steps away from the beach. Kay, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She contacted us throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for the month of November, 2023 and absolutely loved it. I thought it might be too small at 480 square feet, but I was wrong. It was perfect for me and my husband. Plenty of room for all of our needs. There was a pull out couch so someone else could have stayed too but that would be too small for my likes. Also, the pull out couch was not the best but the owner said she was replacing it soon. Anyhow, it is so close to the beach. Literally just steps, plus there is a nice view of the water from the unit. You can be cooking in the kitchen and watch the sunsets. It is closer to go home to use the restroom or get a snack than I have ever been. Sunset beach is down this little peninsula so even though it is right next to Treasure Island it has a different vibe. Not as touristy. I was told that is where the locals go. It had a very chill vibe which we liked. The beach is very narrow here so very short distance from the sand to the water. This was also great! It could become a problem if it is busy it may be hard to find spots on the small beach but we were there during a slow time and had plenty of room. There are two bars walking distance, one that had live music every night and was tons of fun. Older crowd but we are older! The unit itself has literally everything you need. So well appointed, very very clean and so cute. Communication with the host was great, she even came and met us the first day.

My husband and I stayed four days at Kay's place and it was a very pleasant, relaxing experience. The rental was very clean, nicely decorated, and very functional for the two of us. Kay was exceptional with her communication from day one and met us at the property when we arrived. We have stayed on Treasure Island a few times before, but at the main tourist hotels. Kay's place is off the main drag, located in a quieter area among residential homes, and right across the street from the closest beach. This made for nice morning and evening walks, touring all the other beaches close by. Also within walking distance, but not too close, is a popular neighborhood tiki bar with great live music and a quintessential beach restaurant with a direct view of the beautiful gulf coast sunsets. We will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. Thank you, Kay!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, IMMACULATE one-bedroom unit on the first floor. We weren't sure what we would find, as we were flying in shortly after Hurricane Idalia. Although that particular beach area was affected (the larger condominium portion across the street), our unit wasn't affected. The only thing was that we weren't able to use the pool because of hurricane damage. Our host, Kay, met us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome! The condo had so many thoughtful and useful touches! Everything we needed, and beyond, was provided (abundant linens, kitchen items, beach chairs, etc.) The condo was fully updated and super comfortable for us as a couple. The beach and beautiful gulf views were directly across a little street, directly in front of the unit. (If you open the front door or sit at the little outdoor patio area, you can look out at the beautiful gulf views!) My hubby told Kay I had recently celebrated my 60th Birthday. The day after we arrived, she brought over a delicious home-made cake!
We were so touched by that especially kind gesture. We are looking forward to returning as soon as we possibly can. Thank you Kay! :) :) xox

This was our third stay at Treasure Island, but our first stay at Kay’s condo. Not only did the condo exceed our expectations, but Kay herself, was so very kind and accommodating. She has thought of anything and everything that one could possibly need for the perfect getaway. We wouldn’t change a thing about our time spent on the island, and we cannot wait to return again soon! Highly recommend! :)

The was perfect size for my daughter and to get away. It was was just as described…so close to the beach, very clean and had every thing needed for the week including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and even noodles. The beach as not crowded and very close to St. Pete Beach so with just a few minute drive we could visit other beaches.
Kay was a great host! Even when she was away on her own vacation she checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was ok and answered every question we had.
We will definitely return!

We really loved the unit and found it to be convenient to restaurants, stores, & Spring Training stadium. The unit had everything we needed from bath towels, sheets, beach equipment and the kitchen had all the essentials necessary for the week. It was nice to sit on the front porch looking over to the Gulf. We feel we found the perfect spot for our winter getaway.

This condo was the perfect location I was looking for! The absolute most beautiful sunsets anywhere! The owner "Kay" texted me in the morning about my upcoming stay and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Her place is beautifully decorated and has everything a guest would need to start off with. I enjoyed every minute at her home! I will return as soon as possible. Thanks Kay!

What a wonderful place place to stay! The beach is amazing. Opted not to get a rental car. We found "Island hoppers" they pick you up and you tip accordingly! Very friendly people everywhere! Kay's condo is simply the best place I've stayed! There was a hiccup but within a couple hrs it was fixed!!!
Last morning we were there, took a look at the ocean/ beach and there was 3 dolphins swimming. Topped my trip off! Thank you so Kay for everything! I'll be coming back soon!!!

The condo is immaculately clean. Lots of extras are provided such as coffee pods, seasonings, paper towel, hair dryer, some hair products etc. The boys (5 & 7) enjoyed the beach toys that were provided.
The location is just perfect. So close to the beach and the view from the condo is great too. We enjoyed watching the sunset each night on the beach. The boys also used the heated pool across the street (but on the beach) for a short time one morning and it was perfect!
We walked to Caddy’s (took about 8 minutes) the food and drinks were good and the live entertainment was excellent. The kids loved being able to play on the beach before and after dinner.
I can’t say enough good things about Kay, the Condo, and it’s location. It’s just a great place to stay. We hope to be back again next year!

Relaxing Beach Vacation
From the start, I could tell we had chosen the correct property for our week long stay. Kay was attentive to our needs even allowing us to check-in a day earlier than scheduled. She reached out to us a couple of times during the week to make sure we had everything we needed to continue enjoying our stay.
It was a perfect location literally about 50 steps to the beach. We could sit outside our front door with provided chairs and enjoy the ocean view. Or sit on the couch in the living room and still enjoy the view. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we would need. She even has Kuerig coffee maker.
She also provides beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella other beach necessities. And the bathroom is stocked with things that you might have forgotten to pack including a hairdryer.
The bed is comfortable enough and even has a wall mounted TV in the bedroom to end the evening in bed after a long beach day.
There are two restaurants at the end of the street within walking distance and several within driving distance.
The beach was clean and perfectly low key away from all the "Spring Break Whoo Hoo" type tourist. A great beautiful place to also watch the sunsets with the locals.
We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Kay for a wonderful week.

Across from beach as described. Unit was small, but as pictured. Needs new mattress in bedroom and sleeper sofa. It would be nice to have a laundry basket since there is no laundry directly in the unit. Management was kind. Overall, good stay.
