Ok as a place to stay, just a few issues for us

Beds fairly comfortable, great sized apartment , good value for money, lady on reception Very helpful when we arrived 😀

Noise from apartment above ours for last 2 night's of our stay late at night, spoke to reception but because they leave at 9pm and don't arrive until next morning the group responsible in the room had left to go out for the day ! Struggled to get to sleep which is not good when your spending the day walking around milan with students. Also the apartment would be nice if it had a few pictures on the walls and not just plain white 🙂. Tried to have a bath but couldn't get the plug to stay down. Asked for more rubbish bags as there was 6 of us in the room but reception didn't have any so had to use carrier bags.

We really enjoyed stay in his hotel. If we visit Milan again, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

really nice hotel (with working elevator), great location (near to the metro station Ca Granda), quiet part of the city (we could hear just cars on the street in the morning), big clean rooms, new towels after 2 days, cosmetics in the bathroom (shower gel, soap), working hairdryers, easy check-in and check-out, big living room connected with kitchen

It is not a fault of the hotel, but our "neighbours" upstairs were a little bit loud one night so we could hear that. And related to the rooms, I would prefer more comfortable mattresses (otherwise beds are big, clean as new).

Flat not far from Arcimboldi’s theatre.

I loved my staying at this flat. I’ll definitely go back there again in the future. this accommodation is perfect for one night only or for those who don’t need to cook and use the kitchen facilities as I realised many things are missing to be a functional kitchen. For example there’s a kettle but no sugar or tea, nor paper towel or napkins.

No complimentary water bottle in the fridge. Luckily there is a supermarket (Eurospin) not far from there.

clean, roomy apartment with a decent view

close to metro, grocer store. had city & Mt views with nice balcony, nice bathtub

we were surprised by extra fees hotel charged; city taxes & cleaning fees though we stayed only 2 nights. hotel tried contacting us several times for our arrival time; check in was until 6pm; however they offer later checkin. we rushed to get there in time

A lovely well kept hotel with polite staff, would highly recommend this hotel

Exceptional

Very central location, close to subway and a few stops from the centre. We get rooms larger then expected and with huge balcony. The rooms had thick shades that filtered out all the street noise.

Good aircon, good showers, bed were confortable, and very large apartment, many facilities are nearby.

Kitchen was bare, no oil, no salt. For a 2 day stay, we don't want to be buying a whole bottle of oil just for a couple meals

Superb

Excellent place not that far away for city centre. easy to get by with the metro. Spacious apartment with kitchen/living room, bedroom and bathroom. And a huge balcony. The staff were super nice and was very helpful.
