Location. We were able to walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and Twin Pagodas in 15 minutes. There is a nearby 24 hour pharmacy nearby if you need. The property is very clean and the included breakfast was very good.
There is no elevator but that would not keep us from booking the property again.

Having two rooms was very convenient, clean and good value for price. The one person of the staff we met was friendly and keen to help.
Room looked better in pictures. Central but not a lot around. Mostly western style breakfast options, although not great quality. The hotel appears to have been a hostel previously, part of that feeling still remains.

Some tea and coffee sachets would have been perfect.
