We took a much needed family vacation and had a great time. The cabin was in the mountains but not far from shopping, grocery, restaurants etc. Very clean cabin. Owner Max was easy to deal with.

The house worked well for us-12 people! The air conditioner went out while we were there and the owner replaced it the next day. The host was great communicating what was happening with the replacement. The location is close to Dollywood and lots of restaurants, etc. but far enough away to enjoy some solitude.

The cabin is in a good location with plenty to do in a short distance. It was a clean, comfortable, and entertaining cabin. Would definitely return.

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at this cabin. Max, our host, was very professional at how he responded to whatever problems we may have had and he solved them instantly! We had a large family and there was enough room for everyone. I would most definitely recommend this cabin.

Everything was great. Some webs and a little bit of dust here in there. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful stay! Plenty of space and things to do in the cabin! Only negative is if you have a lot of people there won’t be enough space in the cage for your trash but the cabin was definitely a 5star!

Cabin was clean and well appointed. My kids loved the game room. The adults enjoyed the hot tubs. The location could not be any better! So close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Max was great checking in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. Great place. Will rent again.

Seven friends stayed at this property. Lots of room for all of us. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc. Parking was good since we all had vehicles. Contacted owner a couple of times & he got back to us in a short amount of time. Would definitely rent again.

Very convenient location to all the attractions. Off the parkway in a quiet cabin community. Max was very easy to work with, if I had a question he answered it within an hour if even that long. Easy check-in. Very clean all essentials are there when you arrive. Great game room for kids and adults we had a billiards tournament. Our family of 11 had plenty of room.

We had a great time at the cabin. Kids has a blast downstair and the hot tub. The location is excellent. Communication with the owner a A+++. Definitely will recommend for family vacations.

The cabin was very nice iur kids really enjoyed the cabin. There was a total of 11 of us that stayed my sister an her family as well as mine. Was plenty of room for everyone to have there own bed. The property was clean. There was not a lot of noise at night which is always a plus. I recommend it to anyone who has a large group amd wants to be close to all attractions.

Beautiful cabin. Great view close to local attractions. Fabulous location to spend Thanksgiving with family.

Easy access to and from city. Ample parking and amenities are great. The owner/staff were a great help and resolved issues quickly.

Overall the house was clean and well-maintained. We found it spacious and very comfortable. I loved how well stocked the kitchen was! Everything we needed to cook with and to serve a larger crowd. We would recommend bringing some of your own towels for the kitchen and extra for the bathrooms, especially if you are using the hot tub. We will visit again.

Exceptional layout with 5.5 baths. A few minor maintenence issues (light bulbs out, missing mirror in one bath). Carpet old. Incomplete cleaning.

The place is easy to find and the check in was very simple. First let me say the location was optimum. A lot of the stuff we wanted to do was very near. The cabin itself is an older cabin, but it had all the amenities of the new ones. It has both a Keurig and a coffee maker, which was great. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of complimentary k-cups which was even better. It also had an air fryer which I didnt expect and was great for chicken fingers etc for my great-nephews. The wrap around porches on both levels had a spectacular view and I enjoyed it each morning as I had a nice strong cup of coffee and more so in the evening when relaxing with a nice glass of wine. There is a bathroom as soon as you enter the cabin which was very nice, especially when you are running in at the last minute. The main floor bedroom was convenient as steps can be an issue for older people. 3 of the bedrooms had big jacuzzi tubs as well as a full bathroom with tub and shower combo. The other 2 rooms were standard bedroom/bathrooms. The couch in the livingroom is a sleeper couch and a futon on the lower level. TVs in every bedroom, and in the livingroom and the gameroom/livingroom downstairs. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own bathroom, as did I :). There is a full size washer and dryer. The lower level has a hot tub which was really nice. There is a charcoal grill and a gas grill and there was charcoal and lighter fluid in the closet. This is a corner cabin which was great because we could park 3 cars in front of the unit, 2 parking spaces across the street and another 2 parking spaces at the dead end. This cabin is non smoking, which I loved. My brother in-law smokes, but he had to go across the street and smoke which worked for us. The doors are keypads and so is each bedroom so you can close your door and know that your valuables are safe. If you have any problems, contact the housekeeper, but if you do not get a quick response, contact the owner via the VRBO site. He is very gracious and will handle your issues quickly. No place is absolutely perfect, but knowing that the owner is receptive and eager to make your stay wonderful is a bonus. I recommend this cabin and I would definitely stay there again.

Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are large. HVAC kept us cool in the summer heat, kitchen is well stocked, and owner is quick to respond. Cabin is within 10 min of most all of Pigeon Forge activities. Also well suited for multiple families. Would recommend!

Lots of room. Great location away from the busy areas, yet very close to everything you would want to do. Would definitely stay there again!
