The owner and his wife were the consummate hosts. Everything was absolutely perfect! They met us upon arrival and gave a quick tour of the property and covered all the things we needed to know to ensure a comfortable stay. Within the home there were so many thoughtful touches and we love that the kitchen especially had so many “extras” that aided us in hosting visiting family and we lacked for nothing. We are definitely returning. And clean doesn’t come close to describing this spotless home.

Planned trip for Laconia bike week. Cottage was just far enough to avoid the noise but close enough to get there quick. Turned out to be a perfect quiet location with great view to settle down after a hectic day

We loved our stay in this cabin. Upon arrival we were personally greeted by the owners. I immediately noticed how clean and well stocked it was ! It was everything for a long weekend. The view of the lake was a bonus - we will be back !

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin in Meredith NH. The cabin was lovely and had everything you could possibly need. We came to kayak and it was located near all the lakes and ponds.

What a fabulous cottage. It has everything that is needed for a great break. The owner Everett could not have been more helpful. Really enjoyed the use of the kayaks. It was a first for us!! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the lakes region.

My husband and I were impressed the moment we walked through the door. The place is very clean with many sitting areas. Sitting on the dock was peaceful, a great place to sit, drink coffee and reflect first thing in the morning! Everett, the owner, is accommodating and kind. We are looking forward to going back next year!!

The cabin, the property, the location, the views! Everything was wonderful! This was a great home base for our family of 5 while we explored the lakes region and ventured to Mount Washington. The hosts prepared everything we could need to make our stay wonderful and our boys especially enjoyed the lake amenities.

The home was immaculate, and Everett and Denise were very gracious hosts. The property is in a quiet and pretty location with views of the lake. The home had everything you would need for cooking including a wide selection of spices. We spent our time sight seeing and hiking, but would be a great place to just relax and kayak off the dock.

A beautiful location with gracious hosts. Spotless property with multiple spots to enjoy your surroundings- screened-in porch, deck, picnic table, fire pit by the water, and a table on the dock. A place where you can use as a home base to experience the Lakes Region or just kick back and relax. It was a wonderful place to bookend our summer.

The cabin is even more charming then pictured and completely immaculate. I also didn't realize it had such a good view of the water. There is a cabin in between but you still have a great view of the water and your dock area. Hosts are extremely friendly and accommadating. The dock has one of the best swimming areas with easy access to the water great for those hot days! The price also can't be beat! We will be back for sure.

What a wonderful cabin to stay!! My kids and us had a great time. It is just what we need after coop up during Covid. Everett and Denise are perfect host! They make sure we got everything we did. The cabin is well stocked with all the amenities. Kids loves the loft room. Also, I am a germaphobe and the cabin is exceptionally clean. We went there during 1st week of June and there's very very little bugs or mosquitos. During our stay we mostly just walked out and fishing on the dock every morning and Kayak during the days...so simple yet so perfect vacation for us. The location is so relaxing and quiet especially in the morning. Definitely will come back to stay there again! Thank you Everett and Denise.

Everett and Denise are super nice! The home is beautiful and immaculate and king bed was very comfortable. Only con-Skylight over bed made it difficult for us to try and sleep anytime past sunrise—But that’s probably just us. We would definitely go again —with sleep masks.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Everett and Denise were awesome. The property and house were immaculate! There is plenty to do in the area! Mt Washington was the highlight of the week! The many lakes and attractions filled in the rest of the week nicely. We will be back! Thank you, again!
