My husband and I came here for 3 nights in late November. It was a nice break for us before the busy-ness of December. The condo was spotless and charmingly decorated. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed long walks up Chapman Road across the way. Our only concern was the internet service, which was in and out (mostly out) all three days. It wasn't a major issue for us, but would be for anyone working remotely. Overall, a lovely place.

Quick trip, went to the Boston Symphony and did some leaf peeping. We’re really only at the property to sleep and for breakfast. It was quite comfortable though and enjoyed the morning views. The only surprise was finding out it was upstairs.

It was a beautiful location. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Loved all the beautiful flowers and the apple tree right next to the condo. This was in a perfect location. I highly recommend it!

Great location and overall great environment. Condo owners within the same complex are very friendly and welcoming to renters. Our condo met all of our needs. The host was available to answer any questions. We brought a kayak and paddleboard and had safe storage when not in use. We had a perfect weekend and would absolutely look to rent again.

The place was in a beautiful spot. It is part of a small condo complex. Being on the 2nd floor made it a little more private. It was clean, well supplied and had an amazing view from the front deck. You could walk to the waterfront in about a minute where there was a spacious dock with tables, chairs umbrellas and loungers. There were steps down into the water with a sandy bottom. There was a swimming platform offshore. We really enjoyed our time there.

The second floor condo is beautiful. It was very clean and the decor was lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the lakeside deck and our kids loved the water trampoline. It’s a peaceful setting. The neighbors were friendly. The owner was very responsive to questions. We would highly recommend.

What a wonderful place! The home is part of a little condo complex with a shared dock right on the water. Most of the neighbors are the true owners of the property and they were all very friendly and informative. Though it is a shared dock we were the only people using it for most of the weekend so it really was not a problem for us. Even if there were other people it is a good size with multiple chairs so there is plenty of space. It’s also nice because there are different chair options: chaise lounge, regular chairs, and even a table with shade for those who need a break from the sun. The owners are very responsive to any questions and we had no issues at all.

Located in the middle of the Lakes region. We were able to get to Boston, the coast, and the White Mountains easily. Plenty of dining and recreation options nearby as well. The unit was well kept and the owners were very easy to communicate with. We would rent here again and highly recommend it.

Updated, clean roomy condo on the lake. Views in posting a bit deceiving re: view as bldg set back and busy with other condo residents, despite winter. Also construction next door detracted from the winter privacy and solitude we were hoping for. Good location re proximity to Lake Winnipesaukee and other Lakes, and several small towns.

The cozy condo was clean and outfitted with all the essentials. It was a 30 drive to the Kanc Hwy and hiking . In warmer weather the deck would be a nice addition, although the sun was extremely warm coming in through the sliding glass window.A nice visit.

Clean comfortable condo on the lake. Very responsive owners to any questions we had and then when there was an ice/snow storm they allowed us to stay late and were super accommodating. Would stay again.
