Очень хорошая локация, при этом в комнате тихо и спокойно. Персонал хороший и приветливый. В номере есть всё необходимое, все принадлежности предоставляются. Также есть окно, что тоже было приятно. В целом остались довольны проживанием.
Из минусов — номер показался немного тесным. Мы ожидали, что отель будет поновее и красивее

Location is great. Proximity to food, shopping and transport. In fact this is the second time I stay here cos of the location. I had an upgraded room during booking and the size is something very good as most will know HK hotel rooms are small. The sofa / sofa bed was a bit shaky but not causing much of issue.

The room for the 3 of us was sufficiently spacious taking into account of the lack of space in Hong Kong. Price is average compared to the surrounding accommodation. MTR entrance is just a 5-minute walk.
However, they need to fix the water heater system which cuts in after a few minutes with very hot water burning the skin. The liquid soap was harsh causing itch and cracked skin. They do provide 3 cans of mineral water daily but no coffee nor tea. The check in/out reception desk is on the 5th level. When we arrived we walked in through a narrow corridor and there was no staff at the ground floor desk. We took some time before realising that we need to take the elevator to the 5th level to check in.
