Food was excellent with lots of options. Afternoon BBQ and waffles were highlights. Really enjoyed that slushies were on offer even as an adults only resort. Beds were comfortable. Spa was excellent. Entertainment staff did their best when we had a couple days of rain at the start of our trip. Can is a little ray of sunshine we loved him in particular.
Decent selection of drinks. Great value for what we paid.
We both had birthdays during this trip and had planned to spend one at the a la carte restaurant - this was closed due to the weather as it’s all outside but guest relations did their best to make the dinners special and arranged birthday cakes etc.
My only real negative was that cleaners woke us up by letting themselves into our room every single day of our stay. A quick knock and then door instantly opened, sometimes before 8am. Didn’t matter if the do not disturb sign was on the door, they just marched on in then apologised. Would excuse once or twice as a mistake but seemed excessive that it happened 7 times!
Fine for us as two friends sharing a room but can imagine some awkward moments for couples or those who sleep without PJs! The room door also had to be slammed closed or it makes a relentless beeping sound, so once we were woken up…we were up.

Food was mostly very good, with plenty of choice, and there was a good range of drinks
Staff were all excellent
Rooms large with comfy beds and good showers
Would have been nice to have more nuts/crisps available with pre dinner drinks, but there's precious little else to be picky about

The noise from 9pm onwards from both the hotel and next door properties is horrific
The pool area is overcrowded and chaoric
