The property did have plenty of food choices and the time slots for buffets ranged from 7am to 1am. Pool range was also good, for little ones with a slide and four others ones for adults/teenagers. Some staff were courteous and helpful.
The offer was sold as “ultra all inclusive” but we have found that imported drinks, spa and others came at an additional cost, something I would have expected to be included in such a service, hence the name stating “ultra”.
When we have checked in we were given an instruction sheet in Russian albeit we only knew english, so on the first day we were trying to workout for ourself what those instructions were. The next day we were given a replacement sheet. The majority of staff only speak turkish and Russian, but no english, so was difficult to communicate.
The rooms offered were in a villa section. These room could do with some refurbishments given the cost incurred. The sliding door to the balcony was broken, chairs visibly stained and mould in the shower. When asked to replace towels to the housekeeper, she just picked up the old towels from the floor and fold them and put them on the bed (they were clearly still wet and dirty). We had to reach out twice to reception to receive fresh towels. The housekeeping is also visiting your room only once every two days.
The hotel conditions is definitely not a 5 stars but more likely a 3 stars with an added benefit of pools and entertainment from my point.
The sun-bed area beside the pool is overcrowded. By lunch time you effectively not have any space left.

De strand en het locatie beviel ons dat was wel oké!
Ten eerste was het onhygiënisch de zwembaden worden nooit schoongemaakt. Onder de bedden is het vies. Het eten was niet te eten het waren allemaal oud en smaakloos we hebben bijna niks kunnen eten. En er was bijna geen enthertaiment.
Ik vindt dat booking.com deze hotel van zijn lijst moet verwijderen. En niemand moet aanraden!
