The hotel grounds and rooms were pretty good. The pavillion was pretty special and the service around there great.
The food was awful, the pools were too warm
Having a hammam with kids running about wasn't relaxing at all

Cleanliness; extraordinary food; organisation, quality and kindness of staffs; responsibility for customer satisfaction; management and their relationship with customers.
Cocktails from the main bar didn’t meet my standards and expectations.
Some parts of the main restaurant are not getting enough attention by the staff. You may wait some reasonable time to get a drink or service.
