We will definitely stay in Studio Giannis again.

We have had a very nice experience during our stay in Studio Giannis. The best location in Toroni, only few steps to the beach and excellent balcony view (we witnessed the best sunsets from the terrace). The host Anna was very friendly and helpful. Also, the rooms were cleaned daily.

Very clean, new and spacious apartment equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent. Communication with the owner was simple and very good. Very positive experience.

We pay for a room and we get soemthing very bad. Pictures from booking are not the reality. Se below what we found on booking and what we get on the property.

Beutiful place, host attitude to be improved.

The reservation room was in Giannis and we were hosted in Castro - very different room from this in the picture. The price was higher than in the reservation. I have to pay the second half with the arrival. It appears that these were 2-3 buildings - with different names with 2 different owners and we have the reservation in Gainnis but setteled in Castro and the beach across is I do not know to which hotel and as we are no longer guests of the respective hotel we are obliged to pay :). We tryed to explain the situation and reach the desired state but one of the owner is not so polite. The area, the beach, the town are beutiful, just be careful with the hotel owner.

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable. Situated on the beach, but far from the noisy part of Toroni.

Perfect location, beautiful sea view

New hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, with equipped kitchenette and a nice balcony. Beautiful sea views and sunsets. It has a nice green garden and parking is also possible. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is situated on the beachfront, just 20 meters from the beach.

Such a nice family place near the beach. It’s exactly like the photos. Very suitable for a family with children. Also it is cleaned and disinfected every day. Definitely will come back again. Thank you Anna and Maritsa! 😊

Very kind and cheerful staff, everyday cleaning, sheet changing and very nice garden. The balcony view is great and the beach is right in front of the apartments. Very suitable for family with little children.

Not only we appreciated the management of Anna and Mariza, their kindness and professionalism, but we were particularly happy with cleaning and the change of sheets every day. Not even in 5 stars hotels you find this type of treatment, nowadays. Overall, a magnificent holiday and true satisfaction with Studio Giannis apartments! Choose them, you won't regret it!

Family vacations

Awesome terrace with sea view where we had our breakfasts/wine/champagne:). Daily room cleaning. Cheerful hostess and personnel. Delicious baklava in patisserie next door.
