Amazing forest villa, kept impeccably clean, an amazing pool and overall great vibe!

Amazing hosts, exceptional cleanliness and very high level of decoration in the garden. The pool was amazing, with everything set up for us once we got there. Really enjoyed the week we stayed there and would definitely look to repeat!

The only minor thing is that the house is built in traditional Greek style, which means that sound isolation is rather poor. You hear pretty much everything that happens inside the house at all times. But that comes with positives such as better ventilation and cooler overall temperature.

Great stay

We were very satisfied with the villa. It has all the necessary amenities. It is located in a very quiet place in the middle of a forest. The yard is wonderfully landscaped. The host was very kind. He met us on arrival and provided us with useful information about nearby beaches, bars and restaurants.

Only the small windows. But they completely fit the appearance of the villa.

Good

the owner, even not being there at the property, was very present for any question. The studio was well equipped and the location is wonderful.

unfortunately I didn’t understand (it’s not very clear in my opinion) that the studio can’t use the facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, etc) of the property.

We were a family with a kid and have booked the studio. The studio was well equipped and have everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host Alexander was very kind and helpful.

When we arrive was informed that as we are guests of the studio, not of the villa, we can not use the facilities in the backyard - the pool and jacuzzi. We were able to use them only on our first day stay, as then the villa was free.This was not mentioned anywhere in the booking confirmation and we were a little bit disapointed of this

Location is fabulous! A fairytale place where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, very clean and equipped with everything you need to have a perfect vacation! the jacuzzis and the pool are very clean and the water hot! The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need. Very clean bathrooms. Impeccable white towels. Very comfortable beds. The very welcoming hosts greeted us with warm pie, red eggs and traditional Easter! I recommend this location and we will be back as soon we can!😊

we want to come back there !!!

the house, the garden and the Owners are incredible!! we had the best stay ever!! all the house was cleaned and there were even towels and bathrobes for the pool!! all was super nice. and super clean! greatly equipped kitchen! grill and indoor and outdoor fireplaces - this gives amayzing atmosphere! near the sea and great for long walks. in the evening all garden was super nicely lightened! we highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous place, fantastic hosts

The outdoors areas were stunning, so beautiful, peaceful and plenty at the property to keep us and the kids entertained. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, could not have asked for a warmer welcome.

Electricity was a bit hit and miss at times, with no real logic around why the power went out! Fixed in good time, but a little difficult when in the middle of cooking for 9!

Kind, supportive and generous hosts. Beautiful environment, so close to nature. The studio is very clean and has excellent equipment - you have everything you might need. Highly recommended! Thank you, dear Vaso and Aleksander. We would visit you again.

Maybe there is a need of a more stable shelter in front of the studio, in case of bad weather.

Best Property in Kassandra

It has a big heated pool, a nice and worm jacuzzi in the backyard and a kids playgroud ! Very nice and quiet place ! The kitchen has everything and it was all clean ! The hosts are very friendly and always available, even for some tips about the local areas !

Wonderful family relaxing quality time

The Villa is beautiful and the backyard was perfect for the kids with lots of activities and things to discover. We stayed with grandparents and 2 families and there was a lot of space for everyone. The hosts are very welcoming and approachable.

There were lots of bees.. The boiler for hot water wasn't enough, we had to speed our showers.. About the area: You are not to do drink the tap water, and the fact that we came at off-season (October timeframe) really impacted the whole area, most of the things were closed and there weren't a lot of people.
