We had a wonderful stay here with 2 adults and 2 kids. The owner is a genuinely very nice and welcoming guy, and you can really see how much thought and care has gone into all the little details to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The cleaning was done daily, and towels were changed every two days, which was much appreciated. The parking area is shaded, and there is a lovely barbecue area equipped with everything you might need.
The property has beautiful views, plenty of grass for the kids to run around, and some toys for them to play with. It’s a great setup for families.
There were also many thoughtful touches that made a difference: Nespresso coffee pods and sugar, mosquito repellent in every room, complimentary water, and even a bottle of wine waiting for us.
We stayed in the little house, which was very well equipped, especially the kitchen — we had everything we needed for our family of four.
Overall, a lovely, peaceful and comfortable place with fantastic attention to detail. You can tell the owner really cares about his guests and wants them to have a great experience. We would happily stay here again!

Helpful staff, nice view, clean room, kind compliments.. It was a good and quiet stay in this neighborhood. We liked the garden of the hotel and shower size of the room as well.
The mattress and pillows would be better and the bathroom needs some renovation maybe. Those are not big deals for 2-3 days but just well-intentioned feedbacks.

Beautiful place for a stay in Nikiti. We had a very late arrival and they had no issue in accommodating us, waiting for us in the middle of the night and making sure we are well received. Studio was big and clean, with all facilities and amenities. Aircon was working perfectly, garden is well maintained, plenty of parking. We had a very good time there and we explored the surroundings just fine.

Far away from the crowds, fresh air, good facilities, great bay view, gorgeous service. Cheers, Giannis and cleaning ladies!
3 minutes drive off the better beach of Nikiti.
Far away from the food (restaurants and taverns), absolutely insane traffic organization in Nikiti (nothing the property management could influence).
