We liked everything and would return if visiting Sithonia again.

We loved the view from the balcony and also that the beach is only few steps away. The location is good since it is a bit out of the city but still near enough to reach it by foot. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host is very kind and gives good recommendations for exploring around.

Excellent place with amazing location.

Excellent location and verry helpful host. Cleaning was on top level. Very smart solution within the room.View was amazing and the location is simply the best with very easy access to the beach.

The mattresses were not nice and after only a few nights we both developed neck and back pains.

Peaceful and relaxing boutique apartments with lovely staff

The owner welcomed us at arrival to this amazing place, the garden is beautiful with large grass areas, olive trees, palms and flowers, everything was so clean and maintained. The apartment Olivia was really nice designed, cozy and fully equipped with good lightning in every room. Bedroom was spacious and had TV, bed with soft linen and pillows was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with new modern equipment and coffee machine with free coffee. Eating and living area had TV, air condition, and a sofa also suitable for sleep. Nice pictures on the walls. Bathroom was big and very modern, shower with good water pressure and hot water. Garden with big table in the shadow, and also small tables and chairs on grass area. We highly recommend it. Thank you to the owner and staff for 3 wonderful night's stay in September.

Very good

the property offers you really beautiful views, the location is great- there is a store nearby and many beautiful beaches not far away, also and a small beach three minutes on foot. The stuff is nice and friendly. The apartments are really good furnished and you have everything you need, and the design is modern and good looking.

There wasn’t clean towels … for the whole stay (6nights) there was only one replacement with clean ones.

A small paradise in Sithonia

The place is really amazing, the location, the view, the hosts. Yanis is really great with attention to detail in welcoming and hosting us. The views are stunning and the place is calm and near several beautiful beaches as well as beach bars. The studios has basically everything you need, renovated and designed with much attention to detail. We had two terraces, both with great view. The yard is a small paradise 😊

Perfect in every single way :) The studio we stayed in was very clean, comfortable, modern and the kitchen was equipped with literally everything. The sea view from our balcony was stunning and the sunsets were a dream. All in all, it is very obvious that the owners thought of everything. Though the studios are not in the center od Nikiti, they have a perfect location. The garden is beautiful and there is a barbecue area that can be used by the guests. There is also a small beach in about 5 minutes from the studios. The owners are welcoming and helpful. We will certainly visit again. Highly recommended!

The hosts were friendly and helpful. The place is perfectly located and the views are amazing. Beaches are close by. There is shaded parking freely available. The garden is very well maintained and our kid loved playing there. The studio was very clean and well furnished with everything needed, precisely as the ad says, no nonsense. We definitely recommend staying there!

Excelent location, good value for money

nice location, nice bathrooms, nice rooms, nive view from the rooms. There were some tables on the grass, excelent.

Spectacular view, amazing holiday

The view was spectacular. The room was clean. The owners are friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to let us do a late checkout.

I didn't like the fact that the breakfast was the same everyday.

Excellent place to stay near beautiful Nikiti!!

Great hospitality, everything was clean and tidy, the balcony view is amazing, trust me you need to choose a room with view (if possible).
