It was one of the most beautiful vacations we have had. I can only recommend the apartment & Nikiti

very nicely furnished apartment with a perfect location directly on the beach with various restaurants and in the evening you could go for a walk. Despite the fact that the street was full of pedestrians in the evening, it was pleasantly quiet in the room and you could relax on the terrace. Also a big praise to the owner as soon as there was a problem she immediately took care of it. I can only recommend it.

Unfortunately, there is no parking space in front of the apartment, but there is a public parking space in the immediate area.

Very good

People very friendly and helpful and proactive. Location exactly what we needed. Very clean room with a nice small kitchen and a small clean bathroom.

Mattress of master bed was not comfortable, the 2nd bed you could hardly call it bed, it was an open couch and very bad for sleeping. Practically we were charged for 4 persons appartment which fit only 2.

Great location with only few steps to the beach and many restaurants. And at the same time it's very quiet location, because it's in a blind street. Very cosy, new, cleaning every 2 days.

The door to the apartment is absolutely not soundproof. At night you clearly hear all other guests, returning to their rooms.

The property was clean and on very communicative place. The beach is one step away. Polite and responsive host. Perfect organization of the accommodation and provided information regarding parking and services.

Great location, clean property.

The property was in the middle of the center, just in front of the sea. Lots of shops, tavernas and cafe around. You can reach everything by foot. Public parking just a few minutes by foot.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

the living room open roof and all window so we can see the sea perfect. all you need you have inside for cocking, washin machine. the apartment very beautiful and it was the best vacation i can ask.

Great hotel in the very center of the beach in Nikiti. Very clean. Very nice people.

No parking on site (free parking at 2-300 m). No breakfast available. No towels for the beach. Quite expensive for what it offers.

Great apartments with amazing location right next to the beach. Our host Alkis was excellent and did everything to make us feel good and enjoy our stay.

Everything we ever wanted!

The apartment we stayed in was the suite. It was an amazing experience for us- the view is exceptional. It has everything you would ever need and even things you never thought you would need! The host was very helpful! We couldn’t be more happy and we will definitely return again, to the best place in Nikiti!

10/10 great stay!

Very spacious, new and clean apartment! Looks freshly renovated and modern. We found everything we need from the amenities, kitchen is well equiped. Great balcony. Location also perfect, right on the beach and close to all restaurants in Nikiti. Highly reccomending!

The staff was very kind, it allowed me the early check-in without any additional fee. The room is big and nice, also clean

The bathroom is a mess. The sink is over the toilette, the shower loses water and we didn't have hot water, we had to have cold shower. Considering the pictures I was expecting a room with sea view, but it was a view over a parking

The facilities are fantastic, modern, clean and located over the road from the beach and next to cafes and restaurants. Alkis is a great host and his staff are incredibly helpful.

Cozy and near the sea

Very close to the sea. Host very polite and gentle. We had the apartment not facing the sea and it was very silent also on the balcony. Small kitchen useful for breakfast and fast lunch.
