We enjoyed our stay (12 nights) and can recommend for sure the property

The location is great. 5 minutes to the beach, although take the opportunity to explore the beaches nearby. The kitchen has all required utilities. Room cleaning is run every day. 3 minutes drive to Lidl. Nikiti is a village which has everything for comfortable stay for sure: supermarkets, restaurants, market.

The hotel appears brand new or very well maintained. The rooms were cleaned daily. The host was very friendly and shared the best beaches and restaurants close by.

Reasonably priced for September

The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and it was quiet.

The facilities are a bit old. Our shower had an issue, but the stuff immediately fixed it on our demand.

Very nice accommodation. Would recommend!

The room we stayed in was very nice, clean, a bit tiny, but nothing too bad. The furniture was in great shape and pretty new. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too stiff for my liking, but my partner didn't mind so it's only about preference. We had a kitchenette which had some useful things like a stovetop, microwave, kettle and a mini fridge, however I feel like there could've been more utensils and more pans and pots, but we managed with what we had. The bathroom was alright, it was clean, but also a bit tiny and there is no storage in the bathroom. The balcony was pretty spacious with a table and two chairs which has a garden view, but there is not much privacy due to the fact that it was on ground floor and it was right next to the pathway, but honestly it wasn't a big deal for us. It also had a drying table for clothes which was super useful. The cleaning ladies came every other day to change the trash bins and to clean the room and give fresh towels.

The only thing that it wasn't very pleasant was that the A/C was facing the bed and you couldn't keep it on for a long time when you were in bed. Also it made some strange noises so maybe replacing it would be a good option.

Big thanks to Klara (the manager I suppose), she made sure the mistake was resolved and made sure we will have a good time. Gave a great recommendation for a restaurant as well.

There was a mistake with our reservation.

Superb

Very comfy beds, fully equipped kitchenette, friendly staff, good internet connection.

In the morning the hot watter was warm, the parking was hardy but not impossible approached by wide cars.

Everything was great,the room was clean, has all you need, it is at a great location,close to the beach.The staff was polite and helpful...We will definitely come back to Ilis Villas...😀

The facilities are new. One lady called Angela is trying to be helpful.

We couldn’t find the exact location, we called, a very rude lady with tragic attitude finally drove us. Turned out she made a mistake and gave our room to someone else so we had to stay at a smaller one, she deducted the charge. Even though we made the payment through booking, she insisted on paying again because “that’s what we do, don’t worry”. We explained we already paid but she insisted. We trusted and paid. The room was dirty, the bathroom had full toilet bin from the previous occupants. When we returned home of course we realised we were double charged. We demanded the money, which was given back to us after 15 days, guess what... -18,5€ because they decided to charge us the bank expenses. So unprofessional.
