Room was really nice, location is amazing in a calmer part with balcony and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Beach was very close so we walked every day to it. Parking was literally next to property and easily accessible.
I do think that its a good place for anyone that wants to just stay in one place like we did and go to same beach every day (beach is huge so just walking 50 meters feels like a different place), but also for people that want to drive to more exotic beaches.
As for the room itself:
- bed was really comfortable
- AC was easy to set up
- daily cleaning was perfect and kept the place clean
- plenty of drawers, hangers to place your things
- appropriate drier on the balcony
- hair drier, iron...
- pots and pans in the kitchen, enough glassware, silverware, plates and cups
- fridge actually could make ice and keep it
- bathroom was nicely decorated and well lit
Its nothing too much, just some improvements I think would be great and would bring the whole place up a notch:
- we ended up buying a 35eur air fryer as it was cheap in nearby store, think that alone helped a LOT with how easy it was to prepare food by ourselves, if every room had that that would be amazing
- there could be more power sockets - keep in mind we do utilize a LOT of them (laptops, phones, earbuds, anti-mosquito liquid disperser...) so it always felt for us that an extension cord/splitter would be useful at least
- lighting placement had the right idea but lightbulbs were all extremely bright, it would be cool to have few ambient-lights like a lamp in the corner with lower intensity light or dimmers as an option to bring it to amazing during evening hours
- TV did not seem very stable on its wall attachment and it was a bit rotated, we did not want to try to straighten it though

It’s close to the near beach, two streets away.it has a big balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast.
You have everything you need to manage you own breakfast.
Towels and aheets were changed every 3 days.
Also a little bit of cleaning was done everyday.
You also have where to let your car, there are no many places but its ok.
We had some problems with the ants as the door doesn’t have full protection at the bottom but it was fixed by the property.
The location its great but would be nice a bit of renovation as it also has a great yard in the back and in the front.

The location is very good, close to the beach and the walkway. The house has private parking with shadows for the cars. It is also a house that is not facing the sun so it is always cold and nice to stay even if you don't turn on the AC. The kitchen has everything you need. The rooms are large and they have large balconies. They even have an iron and hair drier. The hosts are very kind and nice. The house is clean and the trash gets cleaned out every day. The wi-fi is good. The bathroom is also large, the water pressure is very good.
There were two things that I didn't like. Firstly, there were lots of cats in the yard and secondly, the room had only one socket which was not near the bed but behind the bed. Luckily we brought a device that plugs into the socket and we were able to charge both phones. Otherwise you can only charge one device.
