Everything! The staff was credible, the food was absolutely delicious, the pool was clean and beautiful, the beach/sea is pristine, it is very family, friendly, and easily accessible for strollers or people with mobility issues. The rooms were updated, modern, clean. I’d highly recommend this property. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but the beach was pebbly so I would recommend water shoes or something to protect your feet but if you were to go in about 50 m there’s a nice sandbar in the sea, which is lovely
The housekeeping staff were a little more cold towards guests, but the staff at the bars and at the reception and at the pool and most specifically at the buffet were incredibly kind and friendly and helpful. Our only other concern was that our room did not get to the 18°C that’s the thermostat said it could get to so we were a little bit warm, but the air-conditioning was functional. And there were not as many pool towels available at all times sometimes we were waiting a few hours to get beach/pool towels.

The room we chose was excellent - new, clean, and very spacious for a family of 2+2. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right on the beach with an amazing view of it right from the large pools - allowing our family to easily enjoy both. Great food variety in the main buffet.
The hotel is clearly marketed as a "family hotel" but in reality the children's corner is old and has minimal attractions. There's a great playground that our daughters loved but was usable only early morning and late evening due to lack of any shading.
While breakfast was excellent, lunch and dinner could use a slight upgrade.

Food selection and quality was good overall; beach had too much gravel/rocky, and it hurt your feet; breakfast was great
No organized daily/nightly activities for adults; children in restaurant area during meals were not being observed by parents or staff - they would stick their hands in all the foods, touch them and put things back, especially around the ice cream area. Resort was extremely overpriced for offerings.
