Everything was great, clean, friendly and helpful staff, the resort is quiet and nice, excellent for families with small or older kids.

Perfectly sized hotel next to a quiet, sandy beach and with a good sized pool. Customer service was excellent. Modern, well sized, and clean rooms with efficient aircon and comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection, and a decent offer of drinks within the all inclusive.
Lunch/dinner were fine, but I expected a bit more quality and variety for five star.
A minor issue was using plastic glasses at the bar in the evening (I get it in the daytime but in the evening, its not quite the right vibe for a five star resort).

A, wonderful, small, family-oriented and peaceful resort with a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you may need.
The resort is exceptionally clean, with high standards of hygiene maintained every day. Everything is well organized, and there is no need to look for anything outside the resort, as food, drinks, and other amenities are available in abundance throughout the day.
Overall, it is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.
The food is excellent and of very good quality. However, the menu is quite repetitive, and after a few days it can feel like you are eating the same meals over and over again.
One minor downside is that there is not much to do or explore outside the resort. Everything is concentrated in one place, and there are very few opportunities for walking or sightseeing nearby.

Beautiful view over the bay, comfortable room, excellent wi-fi, friendly and helpful staff, very good cocktails, and excellent facilities for families with small children. The playroom is great and the kiddy pool was probably our favourite part of the resort.
The hotel also kindly allowed us to keep our room until 12:00 instead of the standard 11:00, which we appreciated. They also offered us complementary lunch on the day we were leaving (we had to leave by noon so we couldn’t stay, but greatly appreciated the offer).
For a hotel charging around €500 per night and marketed as 5-star, we expected a LOT more.
Housekeeping was quite basic — the beds were made and towels replaced, but used drinking glasses were not replaced. The toiletries were basic and not enough for a room of three. The towels themselves were also very worn, hard and rough.
We also had issue with housekeeping ignoring our Do Not Disturb - three times in one day (twice for cleaning and once to bring water), and they woke up our sleeping baby despite the sign being displayed. We had already communicated that our baby sleeps during the afternoon and had specifically asked for housekeeping to come after 2pm.
There were also several maintenance issues: the shower and sink did not drain properly.
During dinner, we also had two light fixtures in the restaurant leaking water, with buckets placed underneath them. That was honestly quite shocking to see in a 5-star resort.
The buffet is very abundant but the quality is hit or miss, with quite a lot of mediocre dishes.
A big issue was that the hotel did not have enough toddler chairs during mealtimes. We had to look for one ourselves and were simply told that there were none available. We understand the hotel may not have expected so many young children, but after this happened once, we would have expected the situation to be addressed.
To be fair, the hotel did reach out to us during our stay and we raised the housekeeping timing issue with them. We appreciated that they were responsive and also appreciated the late checkout. However, we didn't expect to have to report every basic service or maintenance issue individually — at this price point, we shouldn't have to ask for everything to be done properly.
Overall, there are things we really like about the hotel, especially the location, views, staff and children's facilities.
