Hotel Naias is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Hanioti. It has an excellent location, a private beach, and overall, everything was of a very high standard. The staff, cleanliness, food, and atmosphere all left a very positive impression on us. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanioti.
However, I would like to mention one issue that I believe should definitely be improved. Since dinner was included, there were signs next to the dishes indicating the type of meat. One side said “Beef”, while the other side said “Pork.” I saw “Beef” and served myself some of the dish, believing it was beef. Later, the waiter turned the sign around, and I then saw that it said “Pork.” When I asked him about it, he told me that he had forgotten to turn the sign around.
I immediately returned the plate, but this is a situation that could easily be avoided. In an international hotel, where guests come from different religions and cultures, especially when it comes to beef and pork, there should be a clear and consistent way of identifying the food. A double-sided sign with two different descriptions can very easily lead to a mistake and put a guest in an uncomfortable situation. Laughing in response to such a situation is also not appropriate; it would be better for the staff to handle it more seriously.

Bedding- our bed had a pillow top over two twin mattresses. The beds in the entire unit were average but could have been better for the price charged. The bedroom lighting could be improved around the mirror especially for women needing lighting for hair and makeup.
