Amazing location and greenery with well maintained gardens, large rooms, impressive swimming pools & good breakfast
The rooms are dated, unpleasant smell from bathroom and matress is not comfortable . Unacceptable to charge extra for access to the Steam room/ Jacuzzi. Unacceptable not to repledish bottled water daily. The buffet dinner is below average and completely tasteless .

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the hotel – both the rooms and all common areas were spotless and very well maintained. The food exceeded our expectations, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality and delicious dishes every day. The excellent service, outstanding hygiene, and quality of the food were the highlights of our stay.
The access to the hotel from the main road is not very convenient. While I understand that the access road may not be managed by the hotel, it is still part of the overall guest experience. The road itself could benefit from better maintenance, as there are some potholes and uneven sections that make the arrival less comfortable. Clear signage on the main road indicating the hotel entrance would also make arrival much easier, especially for first-time visitors.
The beach in front of the hotel is natural, which we were aware of before booking. However, we did not expect it to be left almost entirely unmaintained. Some basic cleaning and regular maintenance, such as removing excessive seaweed and debris, would make a significant difference and would better reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to its beach bar, located approximately 300–400 meters away, where guests can enjoy a well-maintained beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. While this is a nice option, we still believe that the beachfront directly in front of the hotel deserves more attention.

no access to the beach (the beach they pretend they have is a joke)

breakfast was eat as much as you can but no real quality
inside the breakfast room is a strong odor of washed egg
I had to go to the reception to say that I m outside and blocked the road to send someone to open the parking. I left my suitcases in front of the stairs etc. This is a five greek standard hotel and not the one that I know.
