Beautiful place, top of the range renovations, staff were very friendly and accomdating. During our stay they were like family 🙂. Food at restaurant was excellent. Would probably book again if there was a shuttle service to and from the village
The add said they would provide transport to vizzini, was dissapointed as too far to walk into village uphill all the way. One staff said he would take us when his shift finished and pick us up later on, but we didn't want to impose on his time. If they could provide a shuttle service to and from the village, it would be beneficial. Just too far out the way if you don't have your own transport

Immersa nel verde a poca distanza dal centro steuttura accogliete lo staff pronto a trovare una soluzione ottimale per i problemi
Steuttura che ha delle camere poco facili poco accessibili e risultano luogo angusto piccolo soffocante alla richiesta di cambiare stanza perche troppo soffocante e difficile da accendere la sera e stata trovata la soluzione oiu ampia ma con un costo certo molto gravoso

Il y a tout potentiellement mais pas d accueil pour récupéré car le mardi est le jour de fermeture
Du bruit à partir de 8 heures du matin ménage nettoyage etc
Une déception totale a fuit
