We spent a week at Grand Polanco Residencial and loved it. The apartment felt like a real home—clean, comfortable, with a kitchen and living space. Location in Polanco is excellent: safe, walkable, and close to restaurants and shops. Staff were helpful and the building felt secure. Perfect for a longer stay. We’d book it again.

Location, apartment size, amenities, staff, washing machines, fresh air - my needs were accommodated and I had a wonderful stay. Polanco is a great neighbourhood to be in. Security, reception were very friendly and helpful
Bathroom tiles and shower heads are quite dated. Dust gets caught at the corners.

Location was very convenient. A block away from the Polanco Metro station and near many restaurants and shops, including a nearby Walmart Food Market.
Everyone I dealt with at the hotel was very nice, although few seemed to know English. Only the receptionist.
A washing machine in the room was advertised, but there wasn't one. There was a free laundry room in the hotel which was open from 17:00 to 22:00. Given the number of machines in use, I'm guessing no rooms had a washing machine.
Rooms facing the street can be very loud. Bring earplugs.
Thermostats didn't seem to work. Rooms wouldn't cool down below 21C/70F.
When checking in had to sign a long, legal-looking document that was totally in Spanish. My Spanish wasn't good enough to understand what it said.
