Very good

They allowed us to check in earlier.

Check out time was 9:30am which is too early! Although hosts allowed us to keep our luggage in the ski room till we went for our train later in the day.

Superb

We have stayed three nights in July, and we did really enjoy Zermatt and the surroundings. The apartment is well equiped, spacy, cosy as well as modern. Close to everything! Enjoy your next stay!

All worth the money!

location is very convenience, very close to town center, ski lift, shops & restaurants! kitchen is fully equipped if you are planning to cook!! Whole apt is very clean, thats a Plus!!! It has everything you needed!!!

everything is very good, but if i have to pick one thing i am not satisfy with are the pillows. They are very very soft and flat. Other than that, it's all good.

5 stars apartment

The apartment is superb excellent and it was the best place we stayed so far in Switzerland. Fully well equipped - kitchen, living area, bed room and toilet. the whole apartment is spotless clean everywhere in the apartment. The coffee machine was not working when we checked in and I dropped a message on this matter. The staff was so attentive and fixed the machine within an hour….brilliant service. We had a great time here and highly recommended. Thank you and awesome stay

Excellent stay for the whole fa,ily

The Apartment was a good size for a family with 2 adults and 2 kids. We all enjoyed the jacuzzi. Location is good too. Very responsive hosts, apartment modern and good quality. Would definitely recommend to others. We had a great stay. Need also to mention that I left some personal belongings at the apartment and the hosts send them to my home without delay and free of charge!

In the early morning the outside entrance doors of the building were opening and closing very often and very loud. As the apartment is on the ground floor and bedroom window is just next to entrance doors, it was a bit disturbing the sleep in the morning. Would be good if doors could be let open during peak arrival/departure time.

Perfect!

Everything was perfect. Size, cleanliness, comfort, hot tub, distance to town.. My teenager found the sofa bed comfortable enough. We really enjoyed the coffee and the kitchen, with every tools and supplies we could think of. Easy walk from main train station. Clear communication with host and late check-in were also great. As noted in the apartment description, apartment is on ground floor, but that did not bother us as we were out hiking all day. Definitely recommend this place.
