I liked the friendlyness of the host and his eagerness to help. Also, he spoke English so communication was no problem.
The interior of the apartment is really nice and traditional.
In less than 10 minutes slow walking I was able to get to the Ancient town.
PS: the ticket to the ancient town is valid for 3 days

love the deco. Nice and clean room.
There is no lift going up to level 4 room. Tough for seniors.

Situated a five minute walk through winding streets from Hongcun tourist area. It's quiet, clean and beautiful decorated inside and the manager and his wife were very attentive, driving is to a nearby scenic area and helping to arrange transport back to the airport at end of trip.
Doesn't include breakfast although this was a very minor issue given the huge range of breakfast options on the nearby food street.
