料金を考えると、部屋のベッド、空調はよかったです。また、朝食も納得いくものでした。
風呂場の天井が低いため、背の高い私には窮屈でした。また、シャワーノズルの固定位置が低いため、必ずシャワーノズルをホルダーから外して使用しなくてはならない状況でした。また、たまたま目撃しましたが、外国人の方(3名)が午前10時半頃にチェックインを申し入れましたが、スタッフの方は翻訳機でチェックインは14時から、と応じました。これに対して外国人の方は｢Early check-inはないか？｣と質問しましたが、スタッフの方は同じく14時と再度回答しました。私の経験ですが、海外に行って朝早く着いた場合でも、多くのホテルはチェックインを受け付けます。これは本当に助かります。国際ホテルであることを考えると、近い将来、何らかの改善、工夫があった方がいいと思いました。
