Pathetic stay at Suraj byke plaza

1.The refund policy varies from that of mentioned on booking.com 2. The staff didn't help us with our luggage, we had sr.citizens with us but still no help. 3. When we checked in there no electricity supply. 4.Rooms were dirty and smelly. 5. No water in the morning, afterwards it resumed but it was dirty. 6. The bed was broken. 7. Too many mosquitos and no repellent was provided.

Apart from Key deposit charges

Honest and cooperative Security guard at the gate.

They charged 500 Deposit for the Keys. But didnt remind me of the deposit while I was checking out. I was in a hurry and forgot to ask back the money. If proactively money is collected from customers while checkin why is the staff not proactive to refund the deposit amount?

there is no service. for every thing we have to call reception and they will give another number to call. rooms are not provided with hotel facilities and everything thing has to be asked. breakfast awful Eden road side food will be better than this

Staff's behaviour is weird, they are greedy about money. At the time of checked in I paid half of the amount as per their requirement. After 1hr while I was out for dinner, the guy at reception called me for payment again, he was restless.

Was average, would have been satisfied if i wasn't charged the extra 1k for early check in.

Room was spacious, easy booking procedure

They sure did good care in collecting advance payment instead to wait till check out They sure will remind u when to kick u out at check out no extension will be granted on 6 days of continuous booking. That's Byke Anand Nagar Godhbunder Thane West

Had to call room service several time to add bedding and sheet for my kids Messed up on laundry billing. Hot kettel replaced after 2 days House keeping only did the beds never cleaned the kitchen sink mopped the floor with the dirty mop No dry area for wet clothes Closet was ful of dust housekeeping never bothered to clean sobi had to do it my self just to remain hygeine

Dont visit

Nothing was good, no cleanliness, no room service, no wifi, lots of mosquitos which didn't allow us to sleep. We had to knock on the room service and help desk, again and again, to get our work done.
