Breakfast was ok I didn't like the room bathroom was upstairs fear of falling very slippery no towels provided

Special thanks to Mr. Vikas and Mr. Karan because they were quite understanding and calm in their responses. Room was okay, reachable.
One staff in particular at front desk was quite rude without even understanding full story- Mr. Saqlain.
Bathroom fixtures are pretty old and they need urgent attention specially WC seats and Taps, Geyser etc.
