We had an unforgettable time at this unique place! Of course the biggest highlights were our Safaris to the Kruger park with the very knowledgeable guides James and Evan.We recommend the split day safari as you can maximize your sightings and still have a break during the long day full of impressions.
Back at the lodge we were always welcomed by home-made meals and a cosy bonfire. The rooms were clean and there's wildlife literally beside your balcony! The hosts were very friendly, attentive and flexible all the time.
FYI the sunset tour is not a Safari but a short drive to a sunset spot at the river if you're interested in that. The food was nice and always had a veggie alternative if pre-ordered, but was a little repetitive after three days.

We were a family of 9 adults. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Esti greeted us and explained everything. The staff were awesome, so friendly and efficient. The meals were superb, so fresh and tasty. The rooms are all so clean, unique and comfortable. And of course seeing animals on the property was a bonus.
There was nothing that could have been better except.the road leading to the property.

The accommodation was so lovely. The room was beautifully presented with great attention to detail. The Lodge has a beautiful outlook and overlooks the Crocodile River. The owners are charming and staff so friendly and attentive. The breakfasts and dinners were outstanding.

It was beautifully located and the staff were very friendly.
They charged us a fee for food that was included in our booking and I have tried to get in touch with them but they haven’t heard back.
