Nestled in Middle Smithfield, this attractive house for $190 per night is a great choice for your next break. Looking for a relaxing getaway, look no further. This newly remodeled home in the heart of the Poconos has 3 beds, 1 futon and an air bed for your convenience. There is a cozy fire place, a huge deck with a BBQ grill and a nice fire pit for making those delicious smores. Located in a private gated community called "Saw Creek Estates" with many amenities including multiple outdoor and indoor pools (indoor opened all year long) hot tubs, fitness center, basketball and tennis courts, paddle boats & small ski slope in winter. "Top of the World" restaurant and miscellaneous events throughout the year for entire family. Near many attractions to name a few, Bushkill Falls, Tree Ventures, Camelback, the Crossings Premium Outlets, Mount Airy Casino and much much more!

Great place to stay! We stayed here for the long Thanksgiving weekend and picked this home because it had a nice size kitchen and dining room table that could accommodate our family for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (aside from the food) to cook a huge Thanksgiving dinner for 7 people. The rest of the house was perfect too. A bonus: the Air hockey and Foosball tables to keep our college kids occupied when they weren't on their phones or Xbox, lol. Cozy living areas with many tvs with Roku so we could all login to our streaming services and watch whatever we wanted. Bedrooms were cozy and bathrooms were good too. The deck was nice even though it was chilly when we were staying there. In the evening we had a visit from some deer which was cool too. Oh and we loved the fire pit. Actually we enjoyed the property so much that we never even ventured out to the pools or other amenities. I'm sure they would have been great too. We'll check them out next time. I definitely recommend this property. The owners were so great too. Always responded quickly and were pleasant to deal with.

We were very happy with this home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything you needed for cooking, though we only needed the coffee maker. We really enjoyed the fireplace on a rainy day. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

My friends had a great time in the Poconos for my birthday! The house was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the fireplace was great. The owners were very responsive. If you plan to have a fire in the fireplace or the pit, bring your own fire starters :)

Nice Quiet Area
The home itself is nice. No major issues at all. The area of Saw Creek itself is quiet and pleasant. We spent 2 days at the pool which our children enjoyed. If you plan to use the fire pit please bring your own fire starters. The home didn’t have any but we were able to pick some up from Foodtown.

Amazing Birthday Getaway
I had an incredible time here. I stood here from April 16th-April18th . my birthday was the 17th and on that day we went to the nearby waterfall, Bushkill Falls. It was a beautiful experience and he answered me in a short time everytime I had questions. He is an amazing host !! I will definitely be renting this place again :)

4th of July Getaway
It was a great getaway trip with the family. We were coming up from NYC so seeing the deers every morning was a sight to see. Along with the quite relaxing stay at the house.

Amazing Stay
Juan and Kathy made our stay a seamless and incredible experience. Their home was very nice and cozy. It had everything we needed readily available. All of our guests were able to fit comfortably. All instructions were very clear and they were willing to answer any questions we had with quick responses. Unfortunately during our stay one of our guests was no longer able to come due to a family member becoming ill. Juan was very understanding and accommodating with our new guests coming in their place. I would definitely recommend this house to future guests.

We ❤️ our stay
Like what everybody’s saying Juan is very attentive to his guest. He reply right away to all our messages. We were so happy there’s a rice cooker in the house because we forgot ours. We love rice. We just wish they have at least a half bathroom downstairs. Overall we like everything about this house.

Very cozy, comfortable and the owners were great to work with.
The home had everything we needed without having to bring many things from home. There were plenty of towels and linens available and everything was very clean. Our children and guests had a lot of fun playing foosball and air hockey so it kept everyone engaged. I will definitely be going back!!

Great Family Vacation
The house was great and Juan was fantastic.
The House: The house is large and has a lot of space in the downstairs area to hang out. There were 2 large bedrooms and 1 small bedroom (essentially just the bed). There is also a daybed/futon upstairs for use. There were 8 of us and we brought an air mattress which one person slept on in one of the bedrooms. The house was very stocked with towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, dishes, and pots/pans. There is a huge wrap-around deck which was great for hanging out.
Juan: Juan was fantastic. Leading up to the trip I had a million questions about what to bring and he always responded extremely quickly. His check-in information was very thorough and left me not worrying at all (he also included helpful notes about not turning on the one lane).
The Community: We went to the one set of pools in the community and it was a lot of fun and not crowded when we went.
I definitely would stay here in the future!

Very much worth the money spent !! A well maintained and equipped house in a beautiful environment.
The house is in very goodf shape and you will most pronably find in it everything you need to have a wonderful stay, from kitchen utensils to towels, several game-boards and cards, foot-ball table, you name it. It is also located in a development that not only offers a beautiful mountain forest environment --with deer everywhere and even a chance to see a black bear once in a while-- but also 4 or 5 pools, a reasonably well equipped gym, a nice community center with a restaurant, etc. The owners are also a big plus, as they make sure your stay is always pleasant and are willing to have any problem fixed asap. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation !!

Beautiful home ! Juan is extremely helpful
We stayed here July 2018 , any and every question we had, Juan answered right away. There was 8 of us and we were all pretty comfortable. The house itself is beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. There’s an ac in every room. The only thing was that it’s really hard to get serivce there. The WiFi helped but people couldn’t really hear us from the other line. Other than that we had fun at this house.

The house was just as it was shown in pictures. It was actually bigger inside than I expected.
We had a great experience! The property owner promptly answered all of my questions. The house was nice and clean. The gas grill was in perfect working order. The kitchen was fully stocked with so many supplies. The air conditioners worked well. No complaints! We would definitely stay in this condo again!

We all said we could live here!
We loved the place.... the only 2 downfalls are I found quite a few spider webs in the master suite... with that being said, we loved it. And we would rent again.
We wish there was a dishwasher.. Good thing we had our girls with us. 😁��

Juan was the best host!! He answered every question within minutes! The place was beautiful and everything that we needed was in the house. We fit 8 people comfortably! Wonderful time, would return for sure!

Nice House in the Poconos for New Years Eve Getaway
Our group of 9 stayed at this property over New Years Eve weekend, and we had a lovely time. As other reviewers have said, the house is much nicer than it appears in pictures. Juan and Kathy were very responsive when we had questions, and were overall a pleasure to work with. There was plenty of room for our group in the living room and dining room area, however this property truly only sleeps 8 people, even though the listing says it sleeps 10. There are 3 bedrooms and one futon -- and while there is an air mattress provided, there isn't a dedicated space for guests 9 and 10. I also learned after booking that there is an extra charge for guests 9 and 10, even though they do not have a real place to sleep, and no extra passes for the pool are provided (only 6 passes are provided). Other than those minor issues, we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

At home in the mountains
This was our first visit to Saw Creek Estates, and we spent nearly 3 weeks there. The home definitely had that "mountain retreat" feel. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us and our adult children who visited on weekends. Juan was always very responsive, even on our first night when we could not figure out the TV configuration. He answered all emails promptly and with clear instructions. Fortunately, we did not need air conditioners, but there was one in every room. The items we needed were in the home, though the decor and the kitchen tools could use a bit of updating. There were numerous pamphlets advertising activities in and around Bushkill. It would have been helpful to have notes on where to find specific information in the house and around the community. (We found the lake 2 weeks after being at the house.) The community had amenities to help make the visit enjoyable.

Juan's place was amazing. It was clean, spacious and much nicer than the pictures. The price was also very reasonable. There is a large size deck outside with a bbq grill. And also a fire pit we made smores at night and it was awesome. Definitely recommend!
