A quiet apartment for a nice vacation

Big apartment with a nice balcony with a mountain view, big TV, kitchen with everything needed. The Internet was great which is rare in Greece. The hosts are really nice and supportive.

The house was clean and the kitchenwere was more than enough. the beds were comfortable. one bedroom and living room had airconditioner. The village was lovely and quiet also close to a lot of great beaches. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Good place but very noisy in the morning

The apartment had everything you needed. The photos shown on the site correspond to the actual condition. It was clean. The host was kind.

There was an active construction site 40m from the building. The two bedroom windows were facing the construction site, and the work on the site began at 7am. This was not said by the host when booking. If I had known this fact, I would never have rented an apartment for my annual vacation near noise and in the morning too. The rented apartment is located below the apartment of the host's brother and in three of the 10 days of stay, we had an extra - 10 minute walk in high heels for an extra wake-up call between 7.50 and 8. Hours. This is definitely not an acceptable summer vacation experience. As an apartment it was fine, but not as an overall experience.

Highly recommend it!

The apartment was beyond amazing. It is really spacious, has two big rooms, amazing terrace, a parking space that is covered so it's not burning in the sun. The apartment also has air conditioning although we didn't use it at all since at night it's cool enough that we opened all the windows (they all have nets on them) and you could sleep really good. Also the apartment is so well equipped that you could live there. We had everything we needed and didn't even hope to have, like an iron, hair dryer, microwave, hanger for wet clothes on the terrace, barbecue etc. It's just perfect, and the owner was really nice and accommodating, and on our trip of 7 days he even changed our sheets and towels once. Would definitely stay here again!

Very pleasant stay

The hosts were very helpful, friendly and discrete. They did everything they could to facilitate our stay. They were providing us with new sets of sheets and towels every 3 days and we had some white wine and home made sweet waiting for us on our arrival, also brought us breakfast another day and greeted us with some bio oil of their own cultivation which was marvelous. The place is in Agios Nikolaos village, at a calm location where you can see the weather and decide to which magnificent beach you will go. Also had parking space for our two cars. If you want to visit trani ammouda beach by walking it's about 15 minutes, but it's best if you have a car. There is a/c only in the living room at the property we stayed, but if you leave the room doors open, it is sufficient to also cool the rooms. The house was very clean and has many kitchen amenities also a master bedroom with it's own small bathroom and another normal sized bathroom. We will visit again if we come to chalkidiki.

We were a bit unlucky to have some plumbing and window issues which couldn't be fixed during our stay, but I am sure will be fixed in future stays are per the hosts assurance. We were not discouraged by those though and we still recommend and would certainly re-visit
