Great, quiet location in Flogita. Nice house.

Not the best experience, but the host tried to fix everything so I stay with 7/10 but I would not come again.

Exceptional

NEW clean, cραcious villa with air condition. A quiet, safe region. Stunning views, including a garden, hills and sea. The villa is hear the beach. The water is crystal clear and many beach bars and ready to take your order.

Superb

Very well-equipped villa with great furniture and a great yard with a place for the grill. Discrete and welcoming hosts. You can ask Pavlos for fresh fish delivery from local fishers. Also he gave us information about the better part of the beach. Great value for the money!

The villa has a large common room where you can gather everyone. The kitchen is slightly depreciated, but is well furnished and has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and black coffee machine

Тhere is air conditioning only in one bedroom and in the living room, but both did not work well and failed to cool the premises. The villa has very good coverage of the local Wi-Fi network, but the speed of the outgoing internet is quite low to be used for remote work

First of all I liked the hostess' hospitality. We arrived 2 hours earlier the check-in time and without hesitation we were accommodated imeddiately. I chose the apartment which had the kitchen in wenge color. The apartment is very spacious, situated on 2 floors: the first floor has the living room with a balcony and an open space kitchen with a dining area, also the first bathroom (wc, shower, sink and a laundry machine); the 2nd floor has a the 2nd bathroom (bath tub, bide, wc and sink) and 3 bedrooms. We had 2 air conditioners available, one in the living and the other one in one of the bedrooms, however, due to the fact that the windows are well shaded, we had no need to use the AC. The kitchen has everything you need to cook 3 times a day for a family with 2 kids (I just brought the knife with me and a few spices I need to prepare different meals). Also, there's a cozy well equipped BBQ area outdoor, naturally shaded. We had markets close to our location, easily accessed by walk or by car. There are tavernas near the property, however during these pandemic times I decided not to visit one, so did other tourists - most tavernas were open and empty. I want to say a special thanks to Pavlos as he was at great help for me when I urgently needed to print some docs and a warm hug to his grandma: it was so nice of her to give us some greek home made delicacies, very kind. The beach: the beaches in Greece are a true paradise: crystal clear water, warm and a turquoise color. The one near our property (like 5 min by walk distance) had a rocky entry, however if you walk to its right side, it gets better, with less and smaller rocks and more sandy. As we traveled by car we could not miss to see the top beaches in Kassandra and Sithonia. In Kassandra we went to Chrousso beach - it's a must see, really, it looks exactly like in Photoshoped pictures, unreal. In Sithonia we went to Karidi beach, and Nea Kalikrateia. I highly recommend visiting other beaches.
