The lovely ladies were very helpful and attentive, and there was also a young man who saw me struggling with my large suitcase and immediately came over to help me. That was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Also the location had everything you wished for❤️
The staff were generally very friendly, with the exception of one older man, who was extremely dismissive and rude. He wouldn’t even look at you when speaking; instead, he would simply wave his hands and give one-word responses, almost as if telling you to go away. There was also a younger man with hair cut just below his ears who came across in a similar way. Their attitude made customers feel as though they were unimportant and not valued.
They were very rude and disconnected from customers, and I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable approaching them for assistance. It also didn’t reflect well on the property or its customer service. I actually found myself waiting until their night shift had finished so that the lovely staff coming on afterwards could assist me.
It’s such a shame because the rest of the staff are absolutely lovely, attentive, welcoming and helpful. It’s just a pity they don’t wear name tags, as it would make it much easier to identify the staff members involved.
