Approx 6 to 7 miles to Manhattan via I-78/Holland Tunnel or Uber to Journal SQ & take PATH train to World Trade Center or to Midtown Manhattan 33rd St or BUS119 to NYC. Great for families, friends, groups, and business professionals. 24-Hr check-in. Lockbox Key OR Smartlocks & E-key. 5 beds. AC/Heating, WiFi, Free Parking. Convenience store/24-hr-fast-food/rental car across street. Entire apartment. Security camera. The space Close to New York City (6 to 7 miles) yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Driveway parking inside the house premises. Entire apartment, with about 2000 plus sq ft is all yours with private entrance. Lockbox Key Option OR 24-hr Smart-Lock check-in Option opened with your smartphone (iPhone, Samsung 5, Pixel compatible). Security camera in the exterior and mechanical/laundry/utility rm, inaccessible to guests. Non-smart key option is also available. - Smart Lock Option May NOT be available at all times. House: Simple Old-style hardwood floor clean house. Not a Luxury Resort or posh Hotel. Floor-1: 3 bedrooms, 1 Full kitchen, 1 full bath, 1 living Rm in Flr-1 with hardwood floor. Beds: 2 queen, 1 double, 2 twin beds. Ground floor: 1 bath with stand-in shower; a Minibar (byob) and sit-in dining area. Tiled floor. No beds. Gr floor has Low ceiling (6.5-7.0 ft). Ample living space to relax and enjoy. Floor 1 kitchen has a Large refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and some utensils. Central heating with thermostat control in the first floor. Electric heating in ground floor. Window A/C units in rooms with individual control. Free Wi-Fi internet and TV. Washer/Dryer - private laundromat within 3 min walking with Wash/dry/fold service. Free Drive way parking for 1 car or SUV. Free on-street parking for other vehicles. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire Flr-1 and Ground Flr (except utility and storage rooms). Gr Flr can be accessed from Flr-1 internally only. While your group occupies this apartment, it will not be rented to any other guests beyond your group. Freely roam the entire house, entirely for your own joy and privacy. Lockbox option: Guests may opt-out of electronic check-in if they prefer. In that case, a lockbox option is available for self check-in. Interaction with guests While we would like to do everything possible to make our guests welcome, we do respect the privacy of our guests and uninterrupted enjoyment while you visit. I will say the owner was very good about answering the texts and explaining stuff that needed to be explained. They were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were really old and worn down, not the most conformable things to sleep on. The sheets and pillows also were pretty old and dingy. They seemed clean but very worn out and used. We ended up going to Walmart to buy new linens to lay on the beads and pillow cases for the pillows. The air conditioners were really dirty especially the filters we ended up washing them down a bit before using them and the one in the Queen bedroom downstairs seemed to be starting to get moldy in the vents. I think with a little more TLC the place would be a fine place to have a larger family stay.
